Check spam for Mail Services email notifications

Mail Services has switched to a new mail processing software. As a result, some package pickup email notification have been mistakenly sent to spam folders.

While Mail Services works to resolve this issue, mark mailservices@qtrak.net as not spam to ensure you receive your mail pickup notifications.

1. On your computer, open Gmail.
2. In the main menu, on the left, click More  Spam.
3. Check the box next to the mail pickup email that you want to remove from spam.
4. At the top, click Not spam.
