Rates are dependent on content, size, shape, weight, mailing distance and quantity. All bulk mail must be completely uniform except for the destination address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bulk mail services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also provide other related mail and bindery services, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mailing list merge (consolidation), duplicate purge and address list validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicia printing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printing and labeling return address, delivery address and endorsements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intelligent Mail barcoding for easy tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move address updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geocoding (delivery of mail to specified miles from campus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inserting letters, brochures, magazines, letters or reply cards into outer envelope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Folding brochures; pairing with letters, magazines, reply envelopes, reply cards and sealing<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bulk mail requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quantity minimums:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 pieces (or 50 lbs of mail) Standard Mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 16px\">500 pieces First-Class Mail<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mail must be identical in shape, size, thickness and dimensions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 16px\">We cannot print addresses on laminated or UV-coated materials.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bulk mail instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:bulkmailcenter@charlotte.edu\">b<\/a><a href=\"mailto:bulkmailcenter@charlotte.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ulkmailcenter@charlotte.edu<\/a> or 704-687-0382 before you design your mailing so we can advise you on the sizes and folds that will provide the best value and provide a quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/db897783db5b4899b59ee0a91528ccfd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bulk Mail Order Form<\/a> online. In order to submit the form, you must upload a properly formatted, complete list of recipient mailing addresses.
