Use <a href=\"http:\/\/parkingavailability.charlotte.edu\">parkingavailability.charlotte.edu<\/a> to check if decks are full before you drive to campus. Try parking in decks like North Deck or South Village Deck that are less crowded the first week of classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the license plate reader at a parking deck gate doesn&#8217;t work, you can scan your 49er ID at the gate as a backup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transportation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/2ly.link\/1RQlv\">Passio GO! app<\/a><\/strong> to track Niner Transit buses and Paratransit vehicles on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/l.linklyhq.com\/l\/1TLlr\">CATS Pass app<\/a> and login with your <strong>@charlotte.edu <\/strong>email to ride the city light rail, buses and airport shuttles fare-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niner Course Pack<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirm your textbooks ahead of time to have them ready on the first day of classes. You&#8217;ll receive an email with your Niner Course Pack order one month before the start of classes or one to two business days after you register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not sure if the Niner Course Pack is right for you? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/charlotte.bncollege.com\/course-material\/course-finder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Find Course Materials<\/a> and select \u201cFall 26 OPT OUT\u201d from the Term dropdown menu and enter your class information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve entered all your classes, select &#8220;Retrieve Materials.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll see a breakdown of all your course materials for the semester and how much they cost. Add up the total to see how much you&#8217;d pay out of pocket, and compare it to the flat rate you&#8217;d pay through the Niner Course Pack: $20 per credit hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If you opt out, you&#8217;ll have to purchase your own course materials, including digital materials.
