Once the form is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Print the confirmation email and place it with your package in your outgoing department mail. Mail &amp; Package Services will pick up the package and apply the appropriate postage. You will receive an email with the tracking number after the package has been processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-3e41869c wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-charlotte-green-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/829b5d91782f45468e49d89dada34b0c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USPS Package Shipping Label request form<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International packages<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international packages, a <a href=\"https:\/\/cfo.usps.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USPS customs form<\/a> must be completed. Print the completed form and confirmation email, and attach them to the package. Then, place the package in your mailroom with outgoing mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a customs form is required but not included, your package will be returned to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multiple packages<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If mailing 25 or more packages, please email <a href=\"mailto:mailservices@charlotte.edu\">mailservices@charlotte.edu<\/a> or call (704) 687-0373 for additional instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Letters, postcards and flats<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mail &amp; Package Services has combined the old Blue\/Gold slips into one form.
