The existing REPROS space in the lower level of Prospector will undergo renovations, and expanded service offerings will be introduced as part of this new partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REPROS, managed by Ricoh for over 15 years, will close officially on June 26, 2025, to prepare for the transition to FedEx Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure all in-progress print jobs are completed and invoiced before the contract ends, <strong>the last day to submit a print request to REPROS will be 5 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interim print service june 21 to june 30<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need printing services between Thursday, June 26th and Tuesday, July 1, 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Small print jobs can still be completed using the <a href=\"https:\/\/aux.charlotte.edu\/copy-print\/copier-locations\/\">public-facing Ricoh printers across campus<\/a>, or&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact FedEx Office at: <a href=\"mailto:usa3009@fedex.com\">usa3009@fedex.com<\/a> or call 704-687-0809 to place your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to Expect on July 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FedEx Office will begin operations with a temporary setup in the lower level of Prospector and will be ready to accept print requests on campus starting <strong>Tuesday, July 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re excited to launch this new partnership with FedEx Office, which will bring a broader range of high-quality, competitively priced print services to campus\u2014backed by their commitment to excellent customer service for students, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beginning July 1, 2025, FedEx Office will provide copy and print shop services on campus.
