Mail Services has switched to a new mail processing software. As a result, some package pickup email notification have been mistakenly sent to spam folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Mail Services works to resolve this issue, mark mailservices@qtrak.net<\/strong> as not spam to ensure you receive your mail pickup notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On your computer, open\u00a0Gmail<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the main menu, on the left, click\u00a0More<\/strong>\u00a0\"and\u00a0Spam<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check the box next to the mail pickup email that you want to remove from spam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. At the top, click\u00a0Not spam<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
