Maintaining accurate address information is critical for efficient campus operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Address formatting guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When updating your campus work address, please use the following format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address Line 1:<\/strong> UNC Charlotte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address Line 2:<\/strong> Division\/department name <em>(include both division and department names)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address Line 3:<\/strong> Office location <em>(include building name and office number)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you are fully remote or do not have a designated office space, include your department\u2019s primary building name in Address Line 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to update your address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructions for updating your campus work address can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/services.help.charlotte.edu\/TDClient\/33\/Portal\/KB\/ArticleDet?ID=815\">Help Center Knowledge Base<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please verify and update your information as soon as possible to avoid any delays in receiving important correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mail Services is temporarily moving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beginning Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, Mail &amp; Package Services in Lower Prospector will start temporarily relocating services to Union Station in the Popp Martin Student Union and the upper level of SoVi.
