Since founding CBI in 1993 as a small startup, David has grown the company into a premier workplace solutions provider in the Southeast, with locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. Under his leadership, CBI is a trusted MillerKnoll and Falkbuilt distribution partner, serving clients across a wide range of industries with cutting-edge workplace strategy solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David believes that the workplace matters and that the built environment, when leveraged correctly, can have a profound, positive effect on people, processes, and an organization\u2019s business. Serving clients as their trusted advisor is CBI\u2019s focus. David\u2019s leadership is grounded in a personal philosophy of servant leadership, reflected in CBI\u2019s purpose to \u201cLove and Serve its Clients, Associates, and Communities.\u201d He has embedded this philosophy into the company\u2019s culture, emphasizing a client-first approach and a deep commitment to service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to leading CBI, David holds several prominent leadership and advisory positions. He serves as chairman of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, chairman of Falkbuilt, and chairman &amp; CEO of the Live Love Serve Foundation. He is also a board member of Charlotte Center City Partners, the Novant Health Southern Piedmont Region Board, and Black Mountain Weekend Board. He attended Seton Hall University.
