Kim Bradley joined the Chancellor\u2019s Office as chief of staff in August 2016. Bradley has a long track record in K-12 education. She most recently served as chief of staff for the superintendent of Syracuse, New York, schools, where she oversaw the coordination of the school district operations and strategic initiatives, worked to ensure effective internal and external communications and to increase constituent confidence in the school district, and served as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Education
and to elected officials.
Bradley also served in several roles in the Providence, Rhode Island, school system \u2014 as director of public engagement and government relations, then as chief of staff, and finally as chief communications officer \u2014 all of which helped build her broad knowledge of educational policy, funding, operations, programming, labor management, and constituent and media
relations.
Bradley earlier worked in the office of Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Almond as director of community relations, serving as the liaison between the governor and community leaders, agencies and other constituents; managing the offices of community relations and constituent affairs; working with state lawmakers on policy and legislative issues; and facilitating appointments to state boards and commissions.
She also directed a federally funded workforce and economic development program in Providence, Rhode Island.
