Assistant Professor of Theatre Education Beth Murray is serving a three-year post as editor of Youth Theatre Journal<\/em>, through 2018. Youth Theatre Journal<\/em><\/a> is the research publication for the American Alliance for Theatre and Education. It is published twice annually by Routledge\/Taylor and Francis Group and will celebrate the 30th<\/sup> anniversary edition later this year.<\/p>\n

The journal \u201cfocuses on the dissemination of ideas relating to developments in and perspectives on diverse iterations of theatre, drama and performance by, with, for and about children, youth and their worlds.\u201d A special forthcoming issue, co-edited in Harvey Young of Northwestern University, will explore youth and race.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
