This is a great place to conduct office hours, meet with students\/TAs, or telework. In the flex space, you&#8217;ll find the following resources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workstations with monitors and docking stations for use with personal&nbsp;laptops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communal printing provided by REPROS (users must have access to a department print fund).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private reservable offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Update: Check-In Now Required for Room Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure your reservation is confirmed, we have introduced a new <em>Check-In<\/em> feature. Starting immediately, all professors must check in <strong>at least one hour before<\/strong> their scheduled reservation time to secure the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your room reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions to check in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must check in via the provided link in the email to confirm that you still intend to use the reserved space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not check in at least one hour before your reservation, the room will be made available to others.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This process helps ensure that rooms are efficiently managed and available for all users. If you have any questions, please don&#8217;t hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faculty and staff must reserve the private offices using the app below. We ask that users refrain from blocking&nbsp;off time &#8220;just in case&#8221;, and that they promptly cancel future reservations they&nbsp;no&nbsp;longer need.
