Faculty and staff are not permitted to sign confidentiality agreements. Please contact our office at 704-687-8012 or by email at <a href=\"mailto:invent@uncc.edu\">invent@uncc.edu<\/a> to facilitate the CDA or NDA process. The university\u2019s sample confidentiality agreement may be viewed through the following link.
